The Last Sermon of the Prophet Muhammad SAW

Prophet Muhammad SAW Farewell Sermon / خطبة الودا, Khutbatu l-Wada

Prophet Muhammad’s SAW Farewell Sermon at Mount Arafat
Prophet Muhammad’s SAW Farewell Sermon at Mount Arafat

9 DhulHijjah 10 AH (9 March 632) at Mount Arafat

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) undertook his farewell pilgrimage in the year 10 A.H. His farewell pilgrimage to Mecca is one of the most significant historical events in the minds of Muslims, for it was the first and last pilgrimage made by Prophet Muhammad, as well as being the model for performing the fifth pillar of Islam, the Hajj.

Prophet Muhammads SAW final sermon was delivered during the Hajj of the year 632 C.E., the ninth day of Dhul Hijjah, the 12th month of the lunar year, at Arafat, the most blessed day of the year. There were countless Muslims present with the Prophet SAW during his last pilgrimage when he delivered his last Sermon.

After praising and thanking Allah, Prophet Muhammad SAW said:

“O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and TAKE THESE WORDS TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY.

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has Judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn Abdul Muttalib (Prophet’s uncle) shall henceforth be waived…

Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.

O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah’s trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.

O People, listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves.

Remember, one day you will appear before Allah and answer your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the QURAN and my example, the SUNNAH and if you follow these you will never go astray.
All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed your message to your people”.

Even today the Last Sermon of Prophet Muhammad SAW is passed to every Muslim in every corner of the word through all possible means of communication. Muslims are reminded about it in mosques and in lectures. Indeed the meanings found in this sermon are indeed astounding, touching upon some of the most important rights Allah has over humanity, and humanity has over each other. Though the Prophet’s soul SAW has left this world, his words are still living in our hearts.

Friday – The Best Day of the Week and How To Attend a Muslim Friday Prayer Service (Jum’ah)

Friday – The Best Day of the Week and How To Attend a Muslim Friday Prayer Service (Jum’ah)

Mohammed is quoted as saying

“The best day the sun rises over is Friday; on it Allah created Adam. On it, he was made to enter paradise, on it he was expelled from it, and the Last Hour will take place on no other day than Friday.” [Ahmad and At-At-Tirmithi].

Abu Hurayrah also quoted Mohammed:

“Any man who performs Ghusl on Friday, perfumes himself if he has perfume, wears the best of his clothes, then goes to the mosque and offers as many prayers as he wishes while not harming anybody, then listens quietly while the Imam speaks until he offers the prayer, will have all his sins between that Friday and the next forgiven.” [Al-Bukhaari].

Aws ibn Aws, narrated that the prophet said:

“Whoever performs Ghusl on Friday and causes (his wife) to do ghusl, then goes early to the mosque and attends from the beginning of the Khutbah and draws near to the Imam and listens to him attentively, Allah will give him the full reward of fasting all the days of a year and observing night-vigil on each of its nights for every step that he took towards the mosque.”[Ibn Khuzaymah, Ahmad].

Further, Mohammed said

“Any Muslim who dies during the day or night of Friday will be protected by Allah from the trial of the grave.” [At-Tirmithi and Ahmad].

  1. There is such an hour on Friday that is any Muslim makes Dua in it, his du’a will definitely be accpeted

[In Detail]

Step 1 Find a Friday prayer service Use Muslim acquaintances or a Website to find a Friday prayer service near you. Most are held around lunchtime.

Quick Tip:

Friday prayer services do not always happen in a mosque. University students often arrange Friday prayers in an empty hall or auditorium. Mosques in urban areas host prayers in satellite locations, such as downtown office buildings or even churches.

Step 2 Purify your intention As with all acts in Islam, take a quiet moment to purify your intention, affirming that you plan to attend Friday prayers for God’s sake alone.

Quick Tip:

While Friday is usually a holiday in Muslim-majority countries, it’s a regular workday elsewhere, and some men are not able to attend as a result. Do your best to fit Friday prayers into your work schedule.

Step 3 Take a shower or bath If you are able and you have time, take a shower or bath on Friday morning, as this practice was recommended by the Prophet Muhammad, who advised his followers to keep clean.

Step 4 Dress in clean, modest clothes Dress in clean, modest clothes. For men, this means no shorts. For women, this means covering the arms and legs, avoiding tight or revealing clothing, and bringing along a headscarf.

Quick Tip:

Cologne is recommended for men, but perfume for women should be avoided.

Step 5 Remove your shoes When entering the mosque or prayer area, remove your shoes. This is the moment of truth for your socks!

Step 6 Enter prayer area with right foot first Enter the prayer area with your right foot first. If the mosque is segregated according to gender, women should enter the women’s area, and men should enter the men’s area.

Quick Tip:

If you have small children, you may prefer to leave them at home. If you need to, however, you can bring them. Children of all ages are a common sight at Friday prayers. If a child is very disruptive, or if a baby can’t stop crying, however, you may have to leave with them.

Step 7 Offer voluntary prayer If you are Muslim, offer two cycles of voluntary prayer, known as tahyatul masjid salah, which means literally, ‘the prayer to greet the mosque.’

Quick Tip:

If you are not Muslim, take a moment to sit quietly and offer your own prayers.

Step 8 Sit next to other congregants on the floor Sit next to other congregants on the floor. Choose the available space closest to the front of the room. In other words, the front rows should be filled first, particularly because the back rows should be left open for latecomers.

Step 9 Listen to adhan Listen as a fellow congregant gives the adhan, or call to prayer. This means the Friday prayer service has begun; refrain from talking at this point.

Step 10 Sit quietly & listen to imam Sit quietly and listen while the imam, or prayer leader, offers a sermon, or khutbah. The first half the khutbah is the longest, followed by a brief period when the imam will sit down and offer silent prayers. Then he will stand again to deliver the shorter final section of the sermon.

Quick Tip:

A sermon will always open and close with words in Arabic. Hopefully, the language of the sermon itself will be one you understand. If not, be patient and ask someone near you for a translation when it is over.

Step 11 Listen to iqaamah After the sermon, a man will stand to give the iqaamah, a shortened version of the call to prayer, which indicates the prayer itself is about to commence.

Step 12 Line up shoulder to shoulder Stand up and move so you are standing shoulder to shoulder with the people on your left and right, forming a straight line that faces the qibla, or direction pointing to Mecca. Your shoulders, arms or feet can be lightly touching other people’s.

Quick Tip:

If you are not Muslim, ask someone where you can sit to observe the prayers. Generally, non-Muslims should not join in the prayer.

Step 13 Perform salat Perform two cycles of the ritual prayer, or salat, following along with the imam.

Step 14 Greet other people When the prayer is over, be sure to greet the people praying on either side of you when they are finished, either by shaking their hands and saying, ‘May Allah accept your prayers,’ or by simply smiling.

Step 15 Make a charitable contribution If you wish, make a charitable contribution as you leave. Boxes for contributions are generally available near the exit.

[Recite Surah Al Kahf Here]

Surat Al Kahf has immense blessings.

Abu Darda’ reported Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: If anyone learns by heart the first ten verses of the Surat Al-Kahf, he will be protected from the Dajjal. (Sahih muslim Book 004, Hadith 1766)

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reports that the Prophet SAW said: “Whoever recites Surat Al-Kahf on Jumu’ah will have illumination from the light from one Jumu’ah to the next.” (an-Nasa’i, al-Baihaqi, and al-Hakim)

What Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said about Women

Womens in Islam

What Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said about Women

the best of you are those who are best to their women.

Your Heaven lies under the feet of your mother

Surah An Nisa:124 “And whoever does righteous good deeds, male or female, and is a (true) believer such will enter paradise and not the least injustice, even to the size of a speck on the back of a date-stone, will be done to them.”

WE ARE EQUAL that both are slaves to Allah SWT, that we are both subjected to His rules and laws, that we are both demanded to worship Him alone, that He will reward us, both men and women for our good deeds.

In Islam men and women are created  EQUAL

Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) reported that a person came to the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) and asked: “Who among people is the most deserving of my fine treatment?” He (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) replied: “Your mother.” He then asked, “Who next?” The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) replied: “Your mother.” He asked again: “Who next?” He (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said again, “Your mother.” He again asked, “Then who?” He (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Your father.” [Sahih Bukhari]

On the other hand, Islam raises the level of a man as the leader, the protector and provider. He leads, he is responsible, he works and he provides for the family. (Surah An Nisa: 34)

According to the Qur’an, men and women have the same spiritual human nature: there is absolutely no difference between men and women as far as their relationship to God is concerned, as both are promised the same reward for good conduct and the same punishment for evil conduct.
the Almighty God said in the Qur’an:
Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so – for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.”

translation of 33:35
If any do deeds of righteousness,- be they male or female – and have faith, they will enter Heaven, and not the least injustice will be done to them.”

translation of 4:124
Not one single verse in the Qur’an enjoins equality, rather it enjoins justice.
Based on this, Islam does not regard men and women as equal in matters where regarding them as equal would result in injustice to one of them, because equality that is inappropriate is a severe form of injustice.

For example, The Qur’an commands women to wear clothes that are different from those worn by men, because of the differences in the ways each sex is tempted by the other. The temptation posed by men is less than the temptation posed by women, so the clothes that women should wear are different than the clothes that men wear. It makes no sense to tell women to expose the parts of the body that men are allowed to expose, because of the differences in the temptation posed by a woman’s body and a man’s body.

if we ask: Is there equality between men and women in Islam?

the answer is: Yes there is, and that is a spiritual equality and not an Earthly Physical one; meaning that the equality between men and women in Islam is determined by their belief and righteous work, but their roles and responsibilities in life are different because of their physical and emotional differences.

Topkapı Palace

The most genuine prophetic relics are believed to be those housed in Istanbul’s Topkapı Palace, in a section known as Hirkai Serif Odasi (Chamber of the Holy Mantle). The Topkapı Palace (Seraglio) is a largest museum in Istanbul, Turkey. In the 15th century, it served as the main residence and administrative headquarters of the Ottoman sultans.

Privy Chamber

The Privy Chamber houses the Chamber of the Sacred Relics (Kutsal Emanetler Dairesi), which includes the Pavilion of the Holy Mantle. The chamber was constructed by Sinan under the reign of Sultan Murad III. It houses what are considered to be “the most sacred relics of the Muslim world”
The Chamber of the Holy Relics, located within the Privy Room, contains religious objects sent to the Ottoman sultans at various times between Sultan Selim the Grim’s assumption of the caliphate in the 16th century to the end of the 19th century. The caliphate passed from the Abbasids to the Ottomans with Selim’s conquest of Mamluk Egypt in 1517, upon which event the Holy Mantle of the Prophet (Hırka-i Sa`âdet) was given to Selim by al-Mutawakkil III, the last Abbasid caliph. The dispatching of holy relics to Istanbul would continue thereafter, particularly during the period of increasing Wahhabi assaults on holy places and objects in the late 18th and the 19th century, when such objects were gradually removed to the Chamber of the Holy Relics for greater protection. Similarly, the holy objects found in Medina were sent to Topkapı Palace for the same reason during the First World War.

Among the most important holy relics to be collected in this way between the 16th century and the first half of the 20th century were the Holy Mantle of the Prophet; the hair from the Prophet’s beard; the reliquary in which was kept the Prophet’s tooth, broken during the Battle of Uhud on 19 March 625; and the footprints, letters, bow, and sword of the Prophet. There are also holy relics attributed to other prophets and to the companions of the Prophet Muhammad saw: the tray used by Abraham; the staff of Moses; the sword of David; the robe of Joseph; the swords of the Prophet Muhammad’s companions; and the shirt, mantle, praying mat, and chest of Muhammad’s daughter Fatimah.

Prophet Muhammad saw Holy Mantle

The Holy Mantle, Hırka-i Şerif, or Burda is an item of clothing that was given as a gift by Muhammad to Ka’b ibn Zuhayr for recited Bānat Suʿād, a qasida in praise of Muhammad after embracing Islam. Prophet Muhammad saw was so moved that he removed his mantle and wrapped it over him.

Ka’b ibn Zuhayr was an Arabian poet of the 7th century. Bānat Suʿād was the first na’at in Arabic.
Ka’b ibn Zuhayr children sold it to Muawiyah I, the founder of the Umayyad dynasty. The Umayyad Caliphate covered 11,100,000 km2 and 62 million people (29% of the world’s population), making it one of the largest empires in history in both area and proportion of the world’s population. After Umayyad Caliphate The Mantle went to Baghdad under the Abbasids, to Cairo under the Mamluks, and finally moved by Selim I to Topkapi Palace in 1595

Prophet Muhammad saw Sacred Seal

The Seal of Muhammad (Turkish Mühr-ü Saadet or Mühr-ü Şerif; Arabic ختم الرسول[a]) is one of the relics of Muhammad kept in the Topkapı Palace by the Ottoman Sultans.
According Jean-Baptiste Tavernier in 1675 reported that the seal was kept in a small ebony box in a niche cut in the wall by the foot of a divan in the relic room. The seal itself is encased in crystal, approximately 3″x4″, with a border of ivory.

The seal is a rectangular piece of red agate, about 1 cm in length, inscribed with الله / محمد رسول (i.e. Allah “God” in the first line, and Muḥammad rasūl “Muhammad, messenger” in the second). According to Muslim historiographical tradition, Muhammad’s original seal was inherited by Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman, but lost by Uthman in a well of Aris in Medina/ The well was so deep the bottom has never been found, and the ring remained lost. Uthman is said to have made a replica of the seal, and this seal was supposedly found in the capture of Baghdad (1534) and brought to Istanbul

Prophet Muhammad saw Hand imprint

In a letter to the Saint Catherine’s Monastery in Egypt, he signed the letter, also called the Ashtiname(Book of Peace in Persian) of Muhammad, by inking his hand and pressing the impression on the paper. The letter granted protection and privileges to the monastery. In part it says: “I shall exempt them from that which may disturb them; of the burdens which are paid by others as an oath of allegiance. They must not give anything of their income but that which pleases them—they must not be offended, or disturbed, or coerced or compelled.
Their judges should not be changed or prevented from accomplishing their offices, nor the monks disturbed in exercising their religious order, or the people of seclusion be stopped from dwelling in their cells. No one is allowed to plunder these Christians, or destroy or spoil any of their churches, or houses of worship, or take any of the things contained within these houses and bring it to the houses of Islam. And he who takes away anything therefrom, will be one who has corrupted the oath of God, and, in truth, disobeyed His Messenger.” It is sealed with an imprint representing Muhammad’s hand.

Prophet Muhammad saw Beard

Known in Turkish as the Sakal-ı Şerif, the beard was said to have been shaved from Muhammad’s face by his favoured barber Salman in the presence of Abu Bakr, Ali and several others. Individual hairs were later taken away, but the beard itself is kept in a glass reliquarium.

Muhammad’s Bowl

Bowl used by Prophet Muhammad SAW,was kept by Prophet’s daughter Fatimah and her husband Ali after the death, the fourth Caliph. After their death, the bowl was kept by their children Hasan and Hussein. The bowl was passed from generation to generation by descendants of Muhammad until it finally reached Britain. On 21 September 2011 the 1400 year old bowl was delivered to Chechnya and now is kept in “Heart of Chechnya” Mosque (Akhmad Kadyrov Mosque) named after Ahmad Haji Kadyrov in Grozny, Chechenskaya Republits, Russia.

Regarding the bowl, Ibn Kathir, the Islamic scholar and commentator on the Qur’an, writes in his book Wives of the Prophet Muhammad:

It had been related by Abu Hurairah that on one occasion, when Khadijah was still alive, Jibril came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah, Khadijah is just coming with a bowl of soup (or food or drink) for you. When she comes to you, give her greetings of peace from her Lord and from me, and give her the good news of a palace of jewels in the Garden, where there will be neither any noise nor any tiredness.

The battle standard of Muhammad, known in Turkish as Sancak-ı Şerif, is a black flag has been preserved in Istanbul since the 16th century, is now hidden among other sacred relics in the Topkapı Palace. Sancak-ı Şerif was believed to have served as the curtain over the entrance of his wife Aisha’s tent. According to another tradition, the standard had been part of the turban of Buraydah ibn al-Khasib, an enemy who was ordered to attack Muhammad, but instead bowed to him, unwound his turban and affixed it to his spear, dedicating it and himself to Muhammad’s service.

Selim I. acquired it, and had it taken to the Grand Mosque of Damascus where it was to be carried during the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca. Realising its political possibilities, Murad III had it sent to Hungary as an incentive for his army.

In 1595, Sultan of the Ottoman Empire Mehmed III(1595 -1603) had it brought to Topkapı Palace, where it was sewn into another standard, alleged to be Umar’s and together they were encased in a rosewood box, inlaid with gems including tortoiseshell and mother of pearl. The keys to the box were traditionally held by the Kislar Agha. Umar senior companion of the Prophet Muhammad. He succeeded Abu Bakr (632–634) as the second caliph most powerful and influential Muslim caliphs in history.

Tavernier(17th-century French explorer) reported that the Lance was kept outside the Sultan’s bedroom in the 17th century, by 1845 White said he saw it resting against a wall near the standard and by 1920 its whereabouts were unknown.

“ofcource Allah told Hazrat Mosa the time of birth of Rasool Allah(SAW). and he (Mosa(AS)) told it to his people that when that(a particular) star will move from its place, it will be the time of birth of Rasool Allah (SAW). This news and will was traveling among jews from generation to generation”

(Alseerat tul Nabviea, Dahlan 1:40)

A Jewish scholar came from the Country Shaam and settled in Makkah. He had the knowledge of holy books. He use to say

“Oo People of makkah! very soon a kid will be born among you. Arab and rest of World will follow him and he will won the rest of world. His time of birth is close. Who ever will get that time and will obey him, he will be successful and who ever will go against him, he will fail”

(Alseerat tul Nabviea :41)

Narrated by Ibn Ishak in Seerat Ibn Hasham that Hazrat Amina said

“Between the condition of sleeping and awakening some one came (angel) and said “do u know you are gonna be the mother of king and Rasool of this ummah”

(Tabqat ibn Saad 1:98)

Narrated by Hazrat Amina

“Came to me who was meant to come (angel) and advised me that when he(SAW) will be born then recite this dua (prayer) “i give him under the safty of Allah against all hatters and bad”. And then name him “Muhammad” because in torah and injeel(bible) his name is Ahmad. All on earth and skies will prase him. He(SAW) is named Muhammad in Quran and Quran is his book”

(Seerat Halbia 1:46)

Narrated by Hazrat Amina (mother of Rasool Allah (SAW))

“i was pregnant but i never felt any difficulty from start till end”

(Tabqat ibn Saad 1:98)

Narrated by Umru bin Qatiba that Abo Naeem told me that his father was a highly knowledgeable person and he told that when time of delivery of Hazrat Amina was close then Allah ordered angels to open all the heavens and skies doors and ordered them to go there, so they came and started congratulating each other. Mountains of the world went higher with pride, seas get wild and waves went high. and earth people started congratulating each other, every angel came there and devil was hang upside down in BahreKhazir tide in 70 chains and other devils were also tide and that day Sun was given more light and 70,000 hoor’s were standing in air waiting for Rasool Allah (SAW) to be born. In honor of Rasool Allah (SAW), Allah ordered whole women of the world to born boys that year. Thus when Rasool Allah (SAW) was born, whole earth was fill with noor and angels

congratulated each other and in every sky a pillar of diamond and a pillar of Zabarjar was placed, because of whom every thing was lightening. Thus these pillars are very famous in skies which Rasool Allah (SAW) noticed at the time of miraj. He(SAW) was told that these pillars were placed in the happiness of your birth. That night Allah placed 70,000 trees of perfumed “kastoori” at the shore of Qosar which will be use to perfume people of heaven. That night ones in skies asked for blessing from Allah. Stone idols were fall by there faces……….”

(Al khasis ul Qubra, 1:47)

Abo Naeem naratted from Hazrat Abbas(RZ)

“Noor of Rasool Allah(SAW) in Hazrat Amina was knows because that night every animal of the tribe Quresh was able to speak and it was saying “Swear of Rab e qaba! Rasool Allah(SAW) is born and he is peace for the world and the highest point for the universe. Slave jinns of the witches of arab tribes were unable to come to them. There knowledge was taken away……animals start running from east th west to congratulate. Sea creatures also congratulated each other. It was said in earth and skies “be happy blessed and merciful Rasool abo qasim’s (father of qasim) time of birth has come”

Hazrat Amina stayed pregnant for 9 months. During this time she never feel any problem like pregnant women feels. His(SAW) father already died. Angels said “Ya Allah! your Prophet will be born an orphan”. Allah said “I will be his Savior and helper”. Every one (angels) get blessings by his birth. Doors of heavens and skies were open.

Hazrat Amina says “After 6 months of pregnancy, a person came in dream. He touched with his foot and said “Oh Amina! you are conceiving the most respectful person of the universe. When he will be born, name him Mohammad(SAW).”

Then she says, “when the time of birth came near i heard a voice which make me frightant, no one was near me. Then i saw some one rubbed a white feather like thing to me and because of that all the fear was gone. I was feeling thirsty, at that time i was offered a juice, white like milk which i drink, and because of it every thing was lightening. Then i saw tall women who

gathered me. They were looking the daughters of the trip Abd Manaf. I was surprise because of there strange incidents. Then i saw silky dress between earth and sky and some one said “Take the kid and hide him from people”. Then i saw some people who were standing in air carrying silver bottles. Birds gathered my house. There peeks were of Zabarjad and wings were of diamonds. Allah took all the curtains away from my eyes. I saw east and west and i saw 3 flags. 1 in east, 1 in west and 1 was placed on the roof of Qabba. When the matter of giving birth was complete, i saw that unique child. He was in Sajda (Prostration) and his finger was raised up. like some one is praying with full concentration. Then i saw a white cloud came down and hide the baby, he was out of my sight. I heard some one saying “Take Muhammad(SAW) to east and west, and take him to seas also, so that every thing will recognize his name and personality, and also that he(SAW) is a destroyer too, and will destroy all the SHIRK.

Then he(SAW) appeared in front of my eyes. He(SAW) was wearing a white dress at that time and under him was green silk. He(SAW) was holding 3 keys made of pearls in his hands and some one was saying Mohammad(SAW) has captured the keys of prophet ism, success and airs.

Then another cloud appeared and voice of horses and birds were coming out of it. That cloud also hided him(SAW), and went out of my sight again. I hears some one saying “Take Mohammad(SAW) to east and west and the places of prophets. And introduce Genie, animals, birds and every type of spiritual creatures to him. and give him properties of Hazrat Adam, …..tears of Hazrat Nouh,….friendship of Ibrahim, Hazrat Ismael’s tongue, Hazrat Yakoob’s good news,Hazrat Yousuf’s beauty, Hazrat Dawud’s voice, Hazrat Ayoob’s patience, Hazrat Yahya’s piousy, Hazrat Esa’s generosity and characteristics of prophets.

He(SAW) again appeared in front of my eyes. This time a green silky peace of cloth was in his hand. Some one said “congratulations! Mohammad(SAW) has captured whole world and all creatures are under his control. Then i saw 3 people. one was holding a silver bottle and other was holding white silk which he oppend and took a stamp out of it. It was too shiny that one feels blind. It was washed 7 times with the water of that bottle and then marked it between the shoulders of Rasool Allah(SAW) and then put it in silk cloth again. Then he(angel) hide him between his wings for some time and then give him(SAW) to me”

(Al Khasis ul Qubra, 1:47-48)

Narrated by Hazrat Amina “i saw tall women, they look like from the tribe of Abd Manaf. They gathered me. I have never seen women with more bright faces. One of them came forward, i rested at her (like we take our back with chair) and then other one came forward and offered me a drink which was whiter then milk, cooler then ice and sweeter then honey. she said with love “drink it” and i did. Second said “drink more” and i did. and on my asking they told me that they are Hazat Asia and Hazrat Mariam and with them are hoors of heaven”

(Al Mohaib, 1:112)

(Anwar al Mohamadia, 33)

There was trembling in holy Qaba for 2 days and 2 nights (qabaa was filled with almost 365 idle gods at that time) and all the idles in it fall down. This was the first sign of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Nosherwah (king of Iran) build a castle which was said to be faultless. That castle trembled too heavely that it had cracks in it. And 14 of its pillers (or windows) fall down without any weakness.

In Faris fire used for worshiping was extinguished. That fire was burning from 1 thousand years. Not only that but the fire in all the worship places was extinguished and no one was able to burn the fire for worship that night.

Most of the people of the world worshiped idle gods at that time. Among the leaders of quresh ..Warqa bin nofel, zaid ibn e umar and Abdullah bin Habsh went to there idle god and found it fallen down on its face. They tried to lift it up on its feets and it fall down. And it happened 3 times. Then there was a voice from that idle that “A Child has born and with his light (noor) East and West are brightened”

(Seerat e Halbia vol 1)

River Sawa went dry.

water in Samava Valley went dry.

Before the birth of Rasool Allah (SAW), that year Arab was under heave crises of hunger and thirst because of no rain. But with the birth of Rasool Allah (SAW) every thing changed. it rained. land went green and crops were healthy.

“Thats why that year was named “the year of victory and happiness” because before that Bano Quresh were in crises. Then land was green. Trees were green and there was satisfaction and wealthiness every where”

(Seerat Halbia, 1:47)

Prophet Moses (A.S) informed his nation about the birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbup) that “when a (certain) star will move from its place that will be the time of the birth of the last prophet. Bani Israel (Prophet Moses’s Nation) passed this information from generation to generation. Thats why when Prophet Muhammad (pbup) was born there was a sudden rush in Jews and they were going from one place to other to ask about the new born baby. Jew Scholars use to tell arabs that very soon a child will born and whole Arab will follow him and he will conquer rest of the world. Who ever will follow him will be succeed and who will go against him will fail. His time of birth is near. After birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbup) Hazrat Abdul Mutlab went to the Jewish scholar who came from the country Shaam and sateled in Makkah. He told him “The great child which i told u about has born. Last night the star which was suppose to give his news is also raised”

(al Seerat ul Nabvia, 1:41)

Narrated by Abo Naeem and Bahaki that Hazrat Hassan bin Sabit(RZ) told that “i was 7 or 8 years old. And i could understand talks. That morning a Jews was standing on a rock and was saying loudly “oh group of Jews, please gather. i have a great news” when people gathered he said “The star of Ahmad has raised. That Prophet is born tonight (which every one was waiting).

(Al Mohaib al Askalani)

(Al Khasis al Sayoti)

Narrated by Imam Hakim that Hazrat Ayesha(RZ) said “There was a jew in Makka, at the night of birth he came out of his house and asked tribe quresh “is a Kid born among you?” people said no. He said

“Listen to me carefully! today last prophet of this ummat is born. and oh tribe of Quresh! he is from you”

“There is a seal of prophetism on his shoulders. These things are mention in old books. go to your houses and ask”

Qureshi people were surprised. all of them went home and very soon they all came to know that Allah has granted Abdul Mutlab a grand son. and on his birth too many un natural things and miracle happen. They very soon came back to him and told him that “you are right. Abdul Mutlab has a grand son”. He said take me to his home i wanna see with my own eyes. He went there and saw Rasool Allah(S.A.W). checked his seal of prophetism and said with sadness “Swear of Allah! Prophetism has went away from bani israel”

(Seerat al Nabvia, Dahlan 1:41) “oo tribe of Quresh congratulate a new life to you. because of him(S.A.W) you will get that greatness that from east to west he will be famous”

Hazrat Abdul Mutlab(grand father of Rasool Allah(SAW)) was in Qabba that morning and suddenly stone idols fall down and a voice start coming for Qabba.. “Mohammad(SAW) is born and non believers will fain in front of him”

(al Seerat ul Nabvia, 1:41)

He was thinking of these unusual things mean while a person came and told him that Allah granted him a grand son. He went to home Hazrat Amina told Hazrat Abdul Mutlab all the strange things, advices and good news which she has seen

(Tabqat ibn Saad, 1:103)

The Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) House, [3D] Inside of House (Replica)

[3D] Inside of The Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) House and His Belongings (Replica)

This is the beautiful replica of the Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) House shown in 3D. This exhibition was held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is built based on the narrations (hadiths). This model is very important for us to understand the modesty of our Messenger (pbuh).

The Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) House

While kings lived extravagantly, lavishly in luxuries, our Prophet May Allah’s (peace and blessings be upon him) , would live in a space a few metres wide. Such humility and selflessness will never be witnessed again. The greatest man who ever lived, the most loved, respected, revered and emulated!

Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave)

Surah Al-Kahf  (The Cave) is the 18th Meccan sura of the Qur’an with 110 ayat

English Translation – Sahih International

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who has sent down upon His Servant the Book and has not made therein any deviance. (1)

[He has made it] straight, to warn of severe punishment from Him and to give good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a good reward (2)

In which they will remain forever (3)

And to warn those who say, “Allah has taken a son.” (4)

They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie. (5)

Then perhaps you would kill yourself through grief over them, [O Muhammad], if they do not believe in this message, [and] out of sorrow. (6)

Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed. (7)

And indeed, We will make that which is upon it [into] a barren ground. (8)

Or have you thought that the companions of the cave and the inscription were, among Our signs, a wonder? (9)

[Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, “Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance.” (10)

So We cast [a cover of sleep] over their ears within the cave for a number of years. (11)

Then We awakened them that We might show which of the two factions was most precise in calculating what [extent] they had remained in time. (12)

It is We who relate to you, [O Muhammad], their story in truth. Indeed, they were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance. (13)

And We made firm their hearts when they stood up and said, “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive transgression. (14)

These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear authority? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie?” (15)

[The youths said to one another], “And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah, retreat to the cave. Your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and will prepare for you from your affair facility.” (16)

And [had you been present], you would see the sun when it rose, inclining away from their cave on the right, and when it set, passing away from them on the left, while they were [laying] within an open space thereof. That was from the signs of Allah. He whom Allah guides is the [rightly] guided, but he whom He leaves astray – never will you find for him a protecting guide. (17)

And you would think them awake, while they were asleep. And We turned them to the right and to the left, while their dog stretched his forelegs at the entrance. If you had looked at them, you would have turned from them in flight and been filled by them with terror. (18)

And similarly, We awakened them that they might question one another. Said a speaker from among them, “How long have you remained [here]?” They said, “We have remained a day or part of a day.” They said, “Your Lord is most knowing of how long you remained. So send one of you with this silver coin of yours to the city and let him look to which is the best of food and bring you provision from it and let him be cautious. And let no one be aware of you. (19)

Indeed, if they come to know of you, they will stone you or return you to their religion. And never would you succeed, then – ever.” (20)

And similarly, We caused them to be found that they [who found them] would know that the promise of Allah is truth and that of the Hour there is no doubt. [That was] when they disputed among themselves about their affair and [then] said, “Construct over them a structure. Their Lord is most knowing about them.” Said those who prevailed in the matter, “We will surely take [for ourselves] over them a masjid.” (21)

They will say there were three, the fourth of them being their dog; and they will say there were five, the sixth of them being their dog – guessing at the unseen; and they will say there were seven, and the eighth of them was their dog. Say, [O Muhammad], “My Lord is most knowing of their number. None knows them except a few. So do not argue about them except with an obvious argument and do not inquire about them among [the speculators] from anyone.” (22)

And never say of anything, “Indeed, I will do that tomorrow,” (23)

Except [when adding], “If Allah wills.” And remember your Lord when you forget [it] and say, “Perhaps my Lord will guide me to what is nearer than this to right conduct.” (24)

And they remained in their cave for three hundred years and exceeded by nine. (25)

Say, “Allah is most knowing of how long they remained. He has [knowledge of] the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. How Seeing is He and how Hearing! They have not besides Him any protector, and He shares not His legislation with anyone.” (26)

And recite, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. There is no changer of His words, and never will you find in other than Him a refuge. (27)

And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect. (28)

And say, “The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills – let him believe; and whoever wills – let him disbelieve.” Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place. (29)

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds. (30)

Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place. (31)

And present to them an example of two men: We granted to one of them two gardens of grapevines, and We bordered them with palm trees and placed between them [fields of] crops. (32)

Each of the two gardens produced its fruit and did not fall short thereof in anything. And We caused to gush forth within them a river. (33)

And he had fruit, so he said to his companion while he was conversing with him, “I am greater than you in wealth and mightier in [numbers of] men.” (34)

And he entered his garden while he was unjust to himself. He said, “I do not think that this will perish – ever. (35)

And I do not think the Hour will occur. And even if I should be brought back to my Lord, I will surely find better than this as a return.” (36)

His companion said to him while he was conversing with him, “Have you disbelieved in He who created you from dust and then from a sperm-drop and then proportioned you [as] a man? (37)

But as for me, He is Allah, my Lord, and I do not associate with my Lord anyone. (38)

And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, ‘What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah ‘? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children, (39)

It may be that my Lord will give me [something] better than your garden and will send upon it a calamity from the sky, and it will become a smooth, dusty ground, (40)

Or its water will become sunken [into the earth], so you would never be able to seek it.” (41)

And his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, “Oh, I wish I had not associated with my Lord anyone.” (42)

And there was for him no company to aid him other than Allah, nor could he defend himself. (43)

There the authority is [completely] for Allah, the Truth. He is best in reward and best in outcome.(44)

And present to them the example of the life of this world, [its being] like rain which We send down from the sky, and the vegetation of the earth mingles with it and [then] it becomes dry remnants, scattered by the winds. And Allah is ever, over all things, Perfect in Ability. (45)

Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one’s] hope. (46)

And [warn of] the Day when We will remove the mountains and you will see the earth prominent, and We will gather them and not leave behind from them anyone. (47)

And they will be presented before your Lord in rows, [and He will say], “You have certainly come to Us just as We created you the first time. But you claimed that We would never make for you an appointment.” (48)

And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals fearful of that within it, and they will say, “Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?” And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one. (49)

And [mention] when We said to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam,” and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was of the jinn and departed from the command of his Lord. Then will you take him and his descendants as allies other than Me while they are enemies to you? Wretched it is for the wrongdoers as an exchange. (50)

I did not make them witness to the creation of the heavens and the earth or to the creation of themselves, and I would not have taken the misguiders as assistants. (51)

And [warn of] the Day when He will say, “Call ‘My partners’ whom you claimed,” and they will invoke them, but they will not respond to them. And We will put between them [a valley of] destruction. (52)

And the criminals will see the Fire and will be certain that they are to fall therein. And they will not find from it a way elsewhere. (53)

And We have certainly diversified in this Qur’an for the people from every [kind of] example; but man has ever been, most of anything, [prone to] dispute. (54)

And nothing has prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them and from asking forgiveness of their Lord except that there [must] befall them the [accustomed] precedent of the former peoples or that the punishment should come [directly] before them. (55)

And We send not the messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners. And those who disbelieve dispute by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth and have taken My verses, and that of which they are warned, in ridicule. (56)

And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance – they will never be guided, then – ever. (57)

And your Lord is the Forgiving, full of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape. (58)

And those cities – We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction an appointed time. (59)

And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, “I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period.” (60)

But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. (61)

So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, “Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue.” (62)

He said, “Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan – that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly”. (63)

[Moses] said, “That is what we were seeking.” So they returned, following their footprints. (64)

And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. (65)

Moses said to him, “May I follow you on [the condition] that you teach me from what you have been taught of sound judgement?” (66)

He said, “Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience. (67)

And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?” (68)

[Moses] said, “You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order.” (69)

He said, “Then if you follow me, do not ask me about anything until I make to you about it mention.” (70)

So they set out, until when they had embarked on the ship, al-Khidhr tore it open. [Moses] said, “Have you torn it open to drown its people? You have certainly done a grave thing.” (71)

[Al-Khidhr] said, “Did I not say that with me you would never be able to have patience?” (72)

[Moses] said, “Do not blame me for what I forgot and do not cover me in my matter with difficulty.” (73)

So they set out, until when they met a boy, al-Khidhr killed him. [Moses] said, “Have you killed a pure soul for other than [having killed] a soul? You have certainly done a deplorable thing.” (74)

[Al-Khidhr] said, “Did I not tell you that with me you would never be able to have patience?” (75)

[Moses] said, “If I should ask you about anything after this, then do not keep me as a companion. You have obtained from me an excuse.” (76)

So they set out, until when they came to the people of a town, they asked its people for food, but they refused to offer them hospitality. And they found therein a wall about to collapse, so al-Khidhr restored it. [Moses] said, “If you wished, you could have taken for it a payment.” (77)

[Al-Khidhr] said, “This is parting between me and you. I will inform you of the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience. (78)

As for the ship, it belonged to poor people working at sea. So I intended to cause defect in it as there was after them a king who seized every [good] ship by force. (79)

And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. (80)

So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy. (81)

And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did it not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of that about which you could not have patience.” (82)

And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about Dhul-Qarnayn. Say, “I will recite to you about him a report.” (83)

Indeed We established him upon the earth, and We gave him to everything a way. (84)

So he followed a way (85)

Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a spring of dark mud, and he found near it a people. Allah said, “O Dhul-Qarnayn, either you punish [them] or else adopt among them [a way of] goodness.” (86)

He said, “As for one who wrongs, we will punish him. Then he will be returned to his Lord, and He will punish him with a terrible punishment. (87)

But as for one who believes and does righteousness, he will have a reward of Paradise, and we will speak to him from our command with ease.” (88)

Then he followed a way (89)

Until, when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had not made against it any shield. (90)

Thus. And We had encompassed [all] that he had in knowledge. (91)

Then he followed a way (92)

Until, when he reached [a pass] between two mountains, he found beside them a people who could hardly understand [his] speech. (93)

They said, “O Dhul-Qarnayn, indeed Gog and Magog are [great] corrupters in the land. So may we assign for you an expenditure that you might make between us and them a barrier?” (94)

He said, “That in which my Lord has established me is better [than what you offer], but assist me with strength; I will make between you and them a dam. (95)

Bring me sheets of iron” – until, when he had leveled [them] between the two mountain walls, he said, “Blow [with bellows],” until when he had made it [like] fire, he said, “Bring me, that I may pour over it molten copper.” (96)

So Gog and Magog were unable to pass over it, nor were they able [to effect] in it any penetration. (97)

[Dhul-Qarnayn] said, “This is a mercy from my Lord; but when the promise of my Lord comes, He will make it level, and ever is the promise of my Lord true.” (98)

And We will leave them that day surging over each other, and [then] the Horn will be blown, and We will assemble them in [one] assembly. (99)

And We will present Hell that Day to the Disbelievers, on display – (100)

Those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear. (101)

Then do those who disbelieve think that they can take My servants instead of Me as allies? Indeed, We have prepared Hell for the disbelievers as a lodging. (102)

Say, [O Muhammad], “Shall we [believers] inform you of the greatest losers as to [their] deeds? (103)

[They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work.” (104)

Those are the ones who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord and in [their] meeting Him, so their deeds have become worthless; and We will not assign to them on the Day of Resurrection any importance. (105)

That is their recompense – Hell – for what they denied and [because] they took My signs and My messengers in ridicule. (106)

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging, (107)

Wherein they abide eternally. They will not desire from it any transfer. (108)

Say, “If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement.” (109)

Say, “I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord – let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone.” (110)
